Almond Crusted Chicken with Avocado Sauce 😎
For the chicken
•Pounded the chicken until thin and then used crush almonds and seasonings to coat the tenders. Then, I used a pan and cooked until browned
For the sauce
•Blend 1 avocado, 1/8 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup Parmesan, 4 minced garlic cloves and a handlful of spinach. I added a little water to make it blend smoother.
For the veggies
•Baked spaghetti squash on 350 for about 40 minutes. I added sautéed spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes
