Anyone else think it’s so much more satisfying to eat salad when it’s warmer 🤔
Baked Parmesan Almond Crusted Chicken 🤗
1.Pound chicken tenders (always get mine from traderjoes) and coat in seasonings + crushed almonds (also from traderjoes). I mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and the crushed almonds in a bowl and then dip the chicken into the mix.
2. Sprinkle parm cheese on the chicken and pour chicken stock on top of chicken so it is about to reach the top of the chicken tenders in a pan
3. Bake chicken for about 25 minutes on 350 degrees and enjoy!
I started baking my chicken in chicken stock and it is way more moist than normal!!
