🍋Chicken piccata 🍋 is one of my weekly favs!! •Preheat oven to 350 F
•I use 8 chicken tenders and pound them flat •Whisk 1 egg and dip tenders into egg
•Mix 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup gluten free bread crumbs, diced up garlic (I use 5 cloves), 2 twists of pepper, pinch of salt and dip tenders
•Place tenders in bake glassware (you can use a baking sheet) •Bake for 15-20 minutes and sprinkle lemon on 🤗
