Chicky chicky fresssssh 😜



Normally after I eat chicken tenders I’m ready to undo my belt and go to sleep 😴 after these I still feel ready to go and not bloated 😴.




Recipe 📝
-Chicken tenders ( I use traderjoes organic tenders)
-1 cup almond flour
-1 eggs
– 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
-1 tablespoon garlic powder 🧄
-1 tablespoon onion powder 🧅
-1/2 teaspoon of salt 🧂
-1 teaspoon of pepper
– Any other seasoning you love add it in!

How to :
1. Whisk together the flour and seasonings
2. Whisk egg in a bowl and coat chicken in the egg.
3. Coat chicken in flour mixture. I normally add the flour to a ziplock bag, add the chicken and shake it until it’s coated.
4. Air fry chick at 350 F for 15 minutes until cooked through
