Summer Salmon Rolls ☀️🍣

This is an easy lunch, dinner or appetizer that will impress 🥰

1. Season your salmon with salt and pepper and cut into smaller pieces
2. Heat your pan and spray with olive oil
3. Pan sear your salmon (typically takes about 6-8 minutes, flip halfway through)
4. While your salmon is cooking, mix your sauce. This is 1 tablespoon coconut aminos (or soy sauce), 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and chopped up cilantro 🌿
5. Once the salmon is cooked, remove from pan
6. Dip the rice paper in warm water (for about 10-15 seconds until bendy) and add the salmon and chopped green onion to the center. You can also add more like sprouts, avocado, etc)
7. Fold the rice paper and sear in pan on each side until crispy (around 1-2 minute on each side)
8. Add your sauce and enjoy 😉

The rice paper I used is 14 carbs. This is a lower carb recipe to me because I am sure if I got this at a restaurant it would be way higher!
