Tahini is 🔥 and this dip is even better! I like to use this with vegetables and typically mix it with baked eggplant 🍆
•1/4 cup Tahini
•2 cloves Garlic
•3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil •3 tbsp water
•1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
•1/4 tbsp cumin •1/8 smoked paprika
•1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Combine all Ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Peel and chop one eggplant into thin pieces. Toss in avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Bake on 375 F for 30 minutes( of course longer depending on how you like eggplant) Once ready I toss it in the tahini!
Depending on what I want to use it for, I will add more water.
