Turkey Meatballs with Zoodles and Frances sauce 😜
For the Turkey meatballs
•I added two traderjoes organic ground Turkey packages and added them to a bowl with spices -onion powder,garlic powder, Italian seasoning and thyme – , 1 egg and a splash of chicken broth and onion and mixed it all together.
•Then, I made little balls and placed on a tray lined with parchment paper.
•I baked them in the oven on 350 for about 25 minutes.
For the zoodles
•I used my zoodler and zoodled two zucchini’s and sautéed on medium heat with minced garlic and onion
For the sauce
•In a saucepan, I melted two tablespoons of butter 🧈 and added 1/4 cup of chicken stock, black pepper, squeeze 1/2 lemon and left it in the pan
•I let this simmer until it was all ready and then added on top!
