With football season here, I have been eating A LOT of chips and dip! I decided I needed a healthier option, so decided to make ~veggie chips~

These were super easy and can definitely be made in bulk if you have guests over!

Sweet Potato Chips
-Skin the potatoes and cut into thin slices
-Top with olive oil and seasonings (I used salt,pepper, garlic and Elote seasoning from traderjoes)
-Bake on a sheet on 400 for about 30 minutes (check after 20 minutes, it’ll depend on how thin the slices are)

Zucchini
-Slice the zucchini into thin pieces
-Top with olive oil and seasonings (I used salt,pepper, garlic )
