Going bananas 🍌 for this baked banana and pb oats breakfast 😊
-Blend 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana, 1 egg,1 tablespoon of maple syrup,1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
-Pour the ingredients into an oven safe bowl.
-If you want to add the peanut butter to the middle, pour half the batter, add about a tablespoon of pb to the middle and then add the rest of the batter.
-Bake on 350 for about 20 minutes.
-Once baked, add the remaining banana slices and more pb!
