Having friends over for lunch and want an easy, low carb not too heavy meal – make these Sesame Chicken Lettuce Cups!

How to
-Marinate chicken in Sesame Sauce for about 2 hours and then cook in a pan until browned
-while the chicken is cooking, make your veggies- I sautéed mushrooms, onion, garlic,brussel sprouts(I cut these super small so they were basically shredded)
-Once the chicken is cook- shred it with two forks and mix in a bowl with more sauce, the veggies and any additions (I added shredded carrots and chickpeas)
-Mix and add into the lettuce cups
