Honey Dijon Salmon with Asparagus – a weekly meal 🥘

For the Salmon:
Pat dry and season with salt and pepper. I air fry on 400 for about 10-12 minutes because I prefer my salmon COOKED.

While that is cooking I whisk together:
-1 1/2 tablespoon of honey
-1 1/2 table spoon of Dijon mustard
– 3 teaspoons of minced garlic (about 3 teaspoons)
– 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-1 tablespoon lemon juice ( I used fresh lemon but you can use bottled)
-1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
-Pinch of salt and pepper

For the Asparagus
Cut the ends off, wash and drizzle olive oil and with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic. Bake on 350 for about 10 minutes, sprinkle Parmesan and then put it back in for about 2 more minutes
