Cinnamon Apple 🍏 Oats
•I grounded oatmeal up so it had a flour consistency and added 1/2 cup to a sauce pan with 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon flax seed, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, 1/2 a chopped up apple and then a sprinkle of salt.
•I slowly added about 1 cup of oat milk to this until it got thick.
•I mixed for about 4 minutes and then added to my bowl with traderjoes Organic Crunchy PB!
