I’m going to Miami in April so I will be changing my eating habits so I can look and feel my best! I have been eating carbs a lot more than usual – I feel the least bloated and better when I eat higher fats and proteins and less carbs. That’s just what works for me!

This is one of my favorite meals to make because it’s pretty simple and helps me feel energized and full!

This morning I made butternut squash toast with:
•Avocado, chia seeds and a little drizzle of honey
•Peanut butter and cinnamon
•Avocado and 1 poached egg

To make the toast I cut butternut squash into thin slices and air fried!
