It’s pancake o’clock 🥞
If you like sweet pancakes you will LOVE the Dutch pancake! It’s a gigantic fluffy pancake you bake in the oven 🤗
Gluten Free/Lower Carb Ingredients:.
•1/4 cup almond flour.
•2 tablespoons coconut flour.
•1/4 cup nut milk ( I used nutpods).
•4 eggs 🥚.
•4 tablespoons Swerve or coconut sugar.
•1 teaspoon vanilla.
•Pinch of salt 🧂.
•1/4 cup chocolate chips.
•1 scoop vanilla collagen ( I used bulletproof vanilla collagen protein powder).
•1 tablespoon of butter for the skillet 🧈
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let the batter sit for 30 minutes. (You do not need to let the batter sit but I see better results! )
Heat the oven to 400 F with the skillet inside, so the skillet warms up.
Take the warm skillet out, coat with butter and then pour the batter in.
Bake for 15 minutes 🥧 and enjoy!
I typically eat 1/4-1/3 of the pancake and share or save it in the fridge!
