Are avocado smoked salmon egg Benedict’s a thing because if they’re not they should be 😍
I halved and avocado, added chive cream cheese in the little hole, topped with smoked salmon and then added egg with chive and green onions on top 🤤
The flavors are all delicious and I don’t feel bloated like I normally do after eating “real” eggs Benedict!
