Cheesy Brussel Sprouts… say no more

•Used sara.haven’s recipe (in her bio)

•Cut Brussels in half and season with salt and pepper. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a pan and place the Brussels cut side down for about 6-8 minutes. Then, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 4 minced garlic gloves. Sautéed for 30 seconds (until butter melted) and transferred to a baking sheet. I grated Gruyère cheese all over and broiled for 4 minutes!

So easy and delish as a side meal or to meal prep for salads!
