Honey Glazed Salmon 🍯
•I air fried the salmon with a little avocado oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. The air fryer defaults to 350 degrees for 10 minutes and it comes out soo crispy and delish
•For the sauce: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup honey, squeeze 1/2 lemon and whisk together. I added 3 minced garlic cloves to one tablespoon of olive oil in a sauce pan and heated for about three minutes. Then added the sauce and stirred for about 5 minutes. Once the salmon was done I drizzled it over.
•You can definitely marinate the salmon in the sauce before cooking the salmon to make it more moist and flavorful.
•This salmon was from Costco but I prefer the Stew Leonard’s because it’s thicker
