I like to take my oats from a zero to 100 real quick

-1/3 cup oatmeal (yes I measure because it’s so EASY to pour a cup and not realize)
-Add in fiber – 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
-I use water instead of milk – if I am feeling it I will use oat milk
-1 tablespoon of peanut butter – I’d you’ve never had melted pb in oatmeal try it now
-Cinnamon -always – sparkles for your food
-Top with a berry – strawberries are my fav
