I really tried to be ~classy~ with this pesto… better luck next time? 😝
Tonight I made garlic white wine sautéed chicken over cauliflower rice with a side of pesto🤩 because pesto is the besto 🙌🏼
•I sautéed chicken tenders in a pan with 1/2 cup white wine, 1/2 cup chicken brother and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic 🧄 for about 12-15 minutes.
•I used frozen cauliflower rice because it’s easy and sautéed in a pan with olive oil 👌🏼
•For the pesto I used one basil 🌿 tree (not sure if that’s the right verbiage), 4 garlic 🧄 cloves, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup Parmesan, pepper and salt 🧂 and blended it for about 15 seconds 🤤
