Tacoooos 🌮 but make it healthier
•I added ground turkey, taco seasoning, black olives and kidney beans to a pan and stirred until the Turkey was cooked. Then added sauce and kept stirring.
•While the turkey was cooking, I sautéed cauliflower rice and cut the red peppers into 4s so it was boat shaped.
•Then, I added the cauli rice, turkey and avocado to the peppers and enjoyed 🤩
