This breakfast was 🥚 eggcelent 🤗
Finally poached an egg 🍳
How I did it:.
1) Boil a pot of water (the bigger the pot the better). 2) Once boiled, bring the pot to a simmer and create a whirlpool with a wooden spoon.
3) While the water is cooling off, gently crack one egg into a ladle ***do not crack the egg yolk it won’t work*** .
4)Carefully drop the egg into the whirlpool and keep spinning the water so the egg white wraps around the egg yolk.
5) Let the egg cook for 3-5 minutes depending on how cooked you like it. I still create a whirlpool while it’s cooking.
6) Use a different ladle to scoop the egg out & enjoy 🙌🏻 I only do one at a time so you can do another egg next 🥚.
