Make your own EGG ROLLS 🤩
Egg Roll in a Bowl 🥣
-bag of shredded carrots (about two cups
-coleslaw (about four cups)
-1 white onion
-2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
-2 tablespoons of sesame oil
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-pack of rice paper
1. In a pan, cook your ground meat. Once cooked drain any liquid.
2. Add in everything else and cook for about 7-10 minutes!
3. Once everything is cooked, wet your rice paper in a bowl so it gets flexible (takes about 20 seconds) and add the mix on the inside. Fold the edges in to make an egg roll!
