My mom said this is “better than a restaurant salmon” and she’s not just saying it because she’s my mom!
For the marinade:
•1/2 cup of maple syrup
•2 tablespoons of minced garlic
•2 tablespoons of sesame sauce
•2 tablespoons of olive oil
Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Whisk the ingredients together and then marinate the salmon for at least 2 hours in it – I used a ziplock bag to shake the salmon up in it. I air fried the salmon on 400 for about 12 minutes ( I like mine crispy).
For the asparagus
•I used 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese and coated the asparagus. Then, baked it on 420 for 12 minutes and added more parm.
