Pre leg day eats 💪🏼

I made a BLTA- bacon 🥓 (turkey)+ lettuce 🥬 + more turkey+ avocado 🥑

-Turkey – you know the drill I warm it up for about 2 minutes on a pan
-Turkey bacon – air fry on 400 for about 8-10 minutes
-Lettuce – wash it
-Avocado – I made avocado mash with lemon juice and pepper

Pile it all up and enjoy 😉
