This will hands down be a weekly meal 🥘 so creamy and delish

Ingredients:
•2 tablespoons of butter
•4 tablespoons of minced garlic
•1 chopped yellow onion
•Shrimp – I used an entire bag from traderjoes, amount will depend on how much you want
•3 cups of spinach
•1 cup of sliced mushrooms
•1 cup of heavy cream
•1/2 cup of parm
•Basil leaves

How to:
•Add a tablespoon of the butter to a pan with the garlic and heat for about 1-2 minutes
•Add in the shrimp and cook through (typically 4-5 minutes per side)
•Put the shrimp on a plate and add the heavy cream, butter and onions to the pan and stir until it starts to thicken
•Add in mushrooms and spinach and cook for about 8 minutes
•Add the shrimp back with the park and stir
•Top with basil and enjoy!
