Zucchini Broccoli Bites 🥦🥒
I LOVE snacking so these are perfect for me to eat through out the day 👏🏻 They’re also gluten free and you can definitely make them dairy free!
-Shred one zucchini and cut the tree part off of the broccoli
-Mix with 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of almond flour, 1/2 cup of Parmesan and add any seasonings you want (I always do salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic)
-Make into little balls and flatten out on a lined pan
-Bake on 350 for about 12 minutes and flip. Bake for another 10 depending how cooked you like them
